catfish or tilapia, or i whole cleaned mudfish
(about 2 1/2 pounds)
1 large green mango
About 1 cup fish sauce, plus more for serving
About 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 garlic cloves, smashed and finely chopped
Thinly sliced bird's eye chilies
